Essential Questions:
How does the sun supply living things with the energy they need?”
“How do living organisms transform energy?”
Picture
The process of photosynthesis comes from the latin root "photos" meaning "light" and synthesize, "to make".  Almost all life on Earth relies on this - converting the Sun's energy into chemical energy, or food, for the rest of us.  In this unit we will explore how the Sun's energy is converted into food, and then how organisms transform this energy into the driving forces that we call life.

Assignments
In order to retake the Summative TEST at the end of the unit, all assignments must be completed and in your folder at the back of the room.
