Foodborne Illness (FBI) group research page
Here is your task (you have no choice but to accept it...sorry).
Use the FBI group project handout to complete this mission.
Each group member is responsible for one of the following tasks - you decide amongst yourselves who does what.
1. SCIENTIST. Page 1 - what it is n' what it does.
2. DOCTOR. Page 2 - treatment, prevention, and really now.
3. REPORTER. Page 3 - in the news...report to us.
4. ARTIST. Poster It - Draw a poster that contains all of the main points, key facts, and relevant information - in a fun, exciting, and even engaging way. Your group will use this during the presentation and you will be holding it. Use the time while others are researching and writing to look up images on the iPad.
Groups will be assessed and graded both on their group-work effort while researching and completing the handout and separately on their presentations. Group grades are assigned to the entire group and largely based on how well they work together COOPERATIVELY...so please, everyone help each other and do it with a smile. See grading RUBRICS.
5 points total - Group Projects are 10% of your grade and your only grade up till now...so please...don't drop it.
For the quiz at the end of the week - you will need to know about 2 of these in detail (you choose).
