The Daily Evolution Our Planet - Fresh Water Sorry I am not in today - I gots the sickness. With all the rain we have been having - I thought this was a good video to watch. Seriously though, take some notes on this and enjoy. We will be working on a final project paper for this next Ecology Unit and this video is a great launching point for this next topic. Have a great weekend and see you all on Monday.
What is Evolution? The process of evolution is probably one of the most misunderstood scientific principles in history. In this unit, we will look at the historical context and the principles that underlie scientific understanding of our universe...and we will also learn the process by which evolution by natural selection occurs in nature.

Show the sub how to use the sound system and you can listen as a class to this first...then get some headphones (Beats by North Korea) that are in the tote and listen again.
Begin working on the Evidence Activity PDF. A helpful hint on this one...use Google Image searches for the different sections - in the first one you are looking at horse skull evolution....it might be a good idea to look that up and get some color images, etc. Start to be your own scientist and investigate the evidence that is out there!
