Biological Molecules

Essential Questions:
What does it mean to be "alive"?
What am I made of and where do "I" come from?

PictureSaxifrage and willow. Aleutian Islands, Alaska.
The physical world is made up of matter (stuff) and put together using energy (work).  Biological molecules are the stuff of life, the building blocks that make up every living thing on this planet.  We will be studying them in detail in this unit - along with the 6 characteristics of life, and a review of matter and energy.

Assignments
In order to retake the Summative TEST at the end of the unit, all assignments must be completed and in your folder at the back of the room.
